Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility
1.1 The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. - Referral Reward
2.1 The referrer will receive a CV Sheds Branded Kitchen Knife for successfully referring a friend (the “referee”) who proceeds with a new structure project with CV Sheds.
2.2 To qualify, the referee must have paid a deposit and commenced their project with CV Sheds.
2.3 The referral reward is limited to one knife per project, regardless of the number of structures within that project. - Reward Issuance
3.1 Once the referee meets the eligibility criteria, the referrer will be notified, and the reward will be arranged for collection or delivery.
3.2 CV Sheds is not responsible for any lost or damaged rewards after dispatch. - General Conditions
4.1 The referral program is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated by CV Sheds.
4.2 The reward is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other product.
4.3 CV Sheds reserves the right to verify referrals and refuse rewards if fraudulent or unethical referrals are suspected. - Cancellation & Changes
5.1 If the referee cancels their project after paying the deposit, the referrer will still be eligible to receive the reward.
5.2 CV Sheds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. - Liability & Compliance
6.1 CV Sheds is not responsible for any tax implications arising from this promotion; participants should seek independent tax advice if required.
6.2 By participating in the referral program, participants agree to comply with Australian Consumer Law and all applicable regulations.
6.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
