Simple garden sheds
Ross Edmonds, a skilled local carpenter, recognises a gap in the market and establishes Central Victoria Sheds and Garages. Starting with smaller projects like garden sheds and cubbies, Ross builds a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service.
2000
A growing family business
A new chapter begins as Ross’s sons Gerald, Harvey, Cameron and Luke join the family business, bringing fresh energy and ideas. Expanding into larger sheds, the company builds a commercial team, trading as Central Vic Sheds.
2008
Custom manufacturing
A significant milestone as the company enters steel manufacturing, vertically integrating operations and gaining greater control over quality. This move strengthens the business’s position in the market and enables even more customised solutions.
2018
Specialists in lifestyle sheds
The company strategically divides its operations, with Luke Edmonds leading the newly formed CV Sheds (evolving from Central Victoria Sheds & Garages), focusing on premium domestic and lifestyle projects. The business returns to its roots, operating from the original premises where Ross started decades earlier.
